Terms & Conditions
Belmire Premier Landscape Solutions · Loveland, Colorado
These terms apply to estimates, proposals, design work and services provided by Belmire Premier Landscape Solutions. Accepting a proposal or scheduling work means you accept these terms. Where a signed contract or maintenance agreement says something different, that document takes priority.
Estimates and proposals
Estimates are based on the scope discussed and the conditions visible at the time of the site visit. Unless stated otherwise, an estimate is valid for 30 days. Conditions we could not see when quoting — buried utilities, rock, poor soil, drainage or irrigation problems — may change the scope and the price. We will tell you before doing work that goes beyond the agreed scope.
Design fees
Design/build projects may include a design fee, which is discussed at the initial consultation along with timing and budget. The design fee covers the time our designers spend developing your plan and is separate from construction costs.
Scheduling and weather
Colorado weather affects nearly everything we do. Frozen or saturated ground, snow, and extreme heat can delay installation, planting and hardscape work. We will keep you informed when weather moves your schedule, and we reschedule as early as conditions allow.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your proposal or agreement. Larger projects are typically invoiced in stages — a deposit to schedule the work, progress payments during construction, and a final payment on completion. Maintenance and snow services are invoiced on the cycle stated in your agreement.
Access to your property
You agree to give our crews and equipment safe, reasonable access on scheduled work days. Please tell us before work begins about anything below ground we should avoid — private irrigation lines, invisible pet fencing, septic components, low-voltage lighting or unmarked utilities. We locate public utilities as required, but we cannot be responsible for damage to unmarked private lines.
Plant material and workmanship
We stand behind our workmanship. Plant material is living and its survival depends heavily on watering, drainage and care after we leave, so any plant warranty is limited and stated in your proposal. Warranties do not cover damage from neglect, improper watering, animals, vandalism, or weather events outside normal seasonal conditions.
Snow and ice services
Snow and ice work is prioritised by route and storm severity. We aim to clear commercial properties before business hours where the agreement calls for it, but during major storms service times can move. Ice control reduces risk; it does not eliminate it, and surfaces may remain slippery during and after treatment.
Cancellation
Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. Costs already incurred on your behalf — design time, ordered materials, or plant material grown to order — may not be refundable.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive service-related SMS about appointments, estimates, scheduling and project updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Photography
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing. Tell us if you would prefer your property not be used, and we will respect that.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
