Our experience with Craig and Tencho, our site designer and manager, was extremely positive and one of the better landscaping experiences we have had. Our job was fairly complicated with multiple stone patios, water feature, pool, lighting, perimeter fence, drainage and grade changes to retain soil and the sod. Craig and Tencho did a great job of listening to us, and were not afraid to change something immediately if we did not like the placement or functionality of the design once installed. They were true partners in our project. We had a few last second adds (a whole perimeter fence and plantings) that they managed no problem at all. Their team kept the job site clean daily, and always had a great attitude. They will be our choice to use for any future needs and we will be using their ongoing maintenance services at our home as well."
